• All products are Gluten Free, Wheat Free and Yeast Free and loaves and scones are also Sugar Free.
• All products are Gluten Free based on tests carried out by the HSE1.
• All ingredients are listed in the most recent handbook from The Irish Coeliac Society2.
• All ingredients are Additive and Preservative Free.
• Mophia's Gluten Free Bakery is registered with the Environment Health Service Executive3.
• Mophia's Gluten Free Bakery will be listed in the 2011 version of The Irish Coeliac Society Handbook.
1 - The standard for gluten free labelling is set by an international body called Codex Alimentarius, under the World Health Organisation. Only foods that contain < 20 ppm can now be labelled as gluten free.
